These Terms & Conditions govern your use of etrafperfume.com and any purchase from Etraf. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, which are governed by the laws of India.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from us.

2. Products & descriptions

We take care to describe our products accurately. Fragrance is subjective and product photographs are indicative; actual scent and packaging may vary slightly. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit quantities.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, offers and product availability at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an error in price or description has occurred; in such cases any amount paid is refunded in full.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos and design — is the property of Etraf or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to infringe the rights of others.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Etraf is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

10. Grievance redressal

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints may be addressed to our Grievance Officer at hello@etrafperfume.com / +91 98985 87233. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within one month.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page.
