We currently ship across India. Here is what to expect after you place your order with Etraf.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation, and tracking details once your order ships.

2. Delivery timelines

• Metro cities: approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier load, weather or events beyond our control.

3. Shipping charges

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over ₹1,500. For orders below ₹1,500, a nominal shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

4. Tracking

Once dispatched, we email/SMS you a tracking link so you can follow your order to your door.

5. Delays & undelivered orders

If a shipment is delayed, unusually held, or returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to re-ship or refund as appropriate.

6. International shipping

At present we ship within India only.
